Booking and Payment:

Bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds for cancellations made earlier than 24 hours may be subject to an administration fee.

Participant Responsibility:

Participants must arrive on time for their scheduled booking. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or cancellation without refund. Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow instructions provided by our staff.

Intellectual Property:

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of The MindTrap Lisboa and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, The MindTrap Lisboa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or participation in our activities.
